We are pleased to announce to you that V.O.W(Voice Out Woman)’s second Female Empowerment Awards (FEA) 2024 fundraising gala dinner is now opened for nominations ***extended until 7th December 2023.
This prestigious event will take place within the beautiful banqueting suite of the Churchill room at the Houses of Parliament Westminster, London, SW1A 0AA on Wednesday 20th March 2024 starting from 6.30pm till late. The awards ceremony will be complimented by fine dining (3 course), excellent wine, entertainment, and the company of elite guests.
Tickets Information
£130 each while Standard Tickets will cost just £100 each (when paid by 31st January). Afterwards VIP ticketswill be £160 and Standard Tickets will cost £130. Places are limited so early booking is required to avoid disappointment.

Awards Categories:
1. Community Woman Leader of the Year:
This is an award to celebrate women who are enhancing gender equity at the grassroots level whether it’s through their community organization, local school, any other volunteer group
Criteria
Demonstrates commitment and has dedicated several years to actively working for the empowerment of women.
Initiative & Engagement
Initiates outstanding work to empower women or girls. A large share of her work within the organization is directly related to leading activities helping women.
2. Woman Entrepreneur of the Year
This award is to celebrate women who have founded their own business or organization and are using their platform to advance gender equity.
Criteria
Founded an influential, fast-growing enterprise which values the advancement of gender equity and supports women’s empowerment across the business. Demonstrates commitment and has dedicated a number of years to actively working for the empowerment of women.
3. Corporate Woman Leader of the Year
This award is to celebrate women who are using their senior positions to advance gender equity in the corporate world.
Criteria
Holds a position of influence within an organization or company and has achieved recognition Demonstrates commitment and has dedicated a number of years of her corporate/business experience specifically empowering women and addressing gender equity in the company.
4. Inspiring Leader of the year
This award is to recognise women who have demonstrated great innovation and guidance in their organisation or community and have contributed to the significant improvement to the lives of people and communities they serve.
Criteria
Demonstrates leadership and teamwork skills within the organisation and local community. Demonstrates commitment to the principles of inclusivity, kindness and leading by example.
Ability to inspire and motivate others to become engaged and involved in the betterment of local community.
Embedding continuous improvement to ensure effective and efficient management of services
5. Male Ally of the Year
This award is to celebrate the male allies who are advocating for their female workfellows and promoting gender equity in the corporate world.
Criteria
Holds a position of influence within an organization or company and has achieved recognition. Demonstrates commitment and has dedicated a number of years of his corporate/business experience specifically empowering women and addressing gender equity in the company.
6. Best SME and MNC for the Advancement of Women
This award is to celebrate the SMEs and MNC that are dedicated to empowering women and innovatively advancing gender equity.
Criteria
Established and measures clear targets for advancing gender equity.
Implements policies and frameworks that address gender equity targets.
Engages senior leadership in programs in initiatives that address gender equity targets.
7. Rising Star of the year
This award recognizing young individuals whose examples serve to inspire our next generation through entrepreneurship, advocacy, community involvement or global change, this award is presented to an individual who is seen to be an inspiration to our younger generation. (This Award is only open to those aged between 13–22 years.)
Criteria
This award recognises a young leader who has made a significant difference and brought positive change, working with vision and inspiring others.
